How do we use your information?
The information collected is used solely for communication purposes between you and Flexografica S.A. Only in specific reference to any inquiries or requests you may make. We may occasionally send registered users emails with information or special offers, but you may opt out of receiving such communications at any time by emailing or calling us. All emails also have an opt-out link included in the footer.
How do we share your information?
We do not share your information with any person or entity outside of Flexsa unless it is specifically essential for the processing of an order, delivery or request from you. For example, your name and address would obviously be available for transportation services, but the only information shared is the minimum necessary to meet that need. We do not share, sell or otherwise make available any of your information to any party not specifically involved in creating and delivering your labels.
How do we use cookies and tracking technologies?
The Flexsa website does not use any tracking technology, apart from that provided by external services such as Google Analytics to monitor traffic patterns. Cookies can be used to store your login information (to make it easier for you to log in the next time you visit), but go ahead and delete those cookies if they bother you.
How do we protect your information?
Any customer information collected in the normal course of business is stored on our secure web server and internal systems, which can only be accessed by appropriate personnel with privileged access. Please note that credit card information is not stored anywhere other than the external servers of the companies that provide the collection service. Our business agreement specifically prohibits the storage of such information other than in that secure environment. We don’t keep any of that internally.
How can you access your information?
In the future, registered users will be able to access their own information (including order history, etc.) through their user profile with their password. We will be updating the information in the future about this option.
